Weight loss is not a one-size-fits-all approach. For some, it may mean starving themselves or working out for hours. But for others, this deprivation and stress only lead to more weight gain in the long run. If you’re looking for a healthier, more sustainable way to lose weight, start by considering your beliefs about food and your body. Our negative thoughts and opinions often keep us stuck in unhealthy patterns and prevent us from reaching our ideal image goals. With the help of theta healing, let’s explore how we can remove these negative beliefs and lose weight gently and holistically.

Regarding weight loss, most people focus on the physical aspects – eating less and exercising more. While there’s no doubt that these are essential factors, they’re not the whole story. In reality, weight loss starts with your thoughts and beliefs about food and your body.

Struggling to lose weight, despite your best efforts?

Are you fed up with seeing the minimal results? If so, it may be time to look at the root of the problem – your beliefs about food and weight loss. This blog will explore how to release weight holistically by removing negative thoughts and creating a positive mindset. So if you’re ready to start changing your relationship with food diets and weight loss, this may be something for you to explore.

Using Theta Healing for your weight release journey can be an exciting and alternative way to get different results. Women always look for the perfect diet or weight loss solution that fits them like a glove. The truth is, no single weight loss solution works for everyone. The key is to find what works best for you as an individual.

Tap into the power of your subconscious mind to help you lose weight

The best and most effective way to change your weight loss beliefs is deep subconscious reprogramming. This can quickly and easily be done during sessions by putting you into a deep theta brainwave state through guided meditation. In other ways, affirmations or visualisations will give added results too. Whatever method you choose, the goal is to eliminate any negative beliefs holding you back and replace them with positive ones.

How to Get Rid of Negative Feelings And Emotions; That Are Holding You Back from Losing Weight for Good!

If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you must ensure that your beliefs about weight loss align with your big why. Our beliefs shape our reality, so if you believe that losing weight is hard, then it will be hard. But if you think weight loss is easy and possible for you, it will be.

Some negative weight loss beliefs you may have stored:

  • I don’t deserve to be thin/healthy
  • I’m not good enough
  • I’m not worthy of love and respect
  • I can’t do it
  • It’s too hard
  • I don’t have time
  • I’m not disciplined enough
  • I’ve failed in the past, so I’ll fail again
  • I don’t have the willpower
  • Eating healthy is boring/tasteless
  • Exercise is too strenuous/too much effort
  • I’m too old/too young to change my weight

I need the extra protection. It keeps me safe.

These are just some examples that I change for my clients, but I’m sure you can think of more that apply to you. Once we’ve identified your negative weight loss beliefs, it’s time to start working on changing them. Remember, your thoughts shape your reality, so if you believe you can lose weight quickly, you will.
How to check if you have these beliefs? In my sessions, we muscle test your subconscious; check out the video here on how we muscle test.

Replace a negative thought with a more powerful one that will assist you in achieving your goals.

If you remove a limiting belief, you must replace with a positive one; doing any belief work, we never want to leave an empty gap; by replacing it with a positive, this is where the real magic happens in weight release.

If you want to lose weight and keep it off, it’s essential to have positive weight loss beliefs. With this guided meditation, change your negative thoughts about weight loss into positive ones and watch the pounds melt away quickly and effortlessly.

One of the most important things you can do on your weight loss journey is to check in with your beliefs around weight loss. Are your thoughts helping or hindering your progress? If you’ve hit a plateau, it may be time to explore other options. There are many different weight loss programs out there, and not all of them are created equal. Finding one that resonates with you is essential, but it’s worth it to finally be at peace with your weight and feel comfortable and confident in your skin. Remember, you are not alone on this journey – plenty of women have been where you are, including me, and we have come out the other side free from self-sabotaging. So don’t give up; keep pushing forwards towards your desires. I hope I have given you some food for thought (pun intended) on how to release weight holistically by working on your beliefs.
