Have you ever felt like life is just too hard? Maybe your confidence has taken a hit and you don’t feel good about yourself. You want to live the life of your dreams, but deep down you know that it will never happen. If so, then this blog post is for YOU! I am going to teach how self-love and positive thinking can help transform confidence, unleash potentials, break through blocks, and finally start living the fullest version of our lives possible.

Self-love and positive thinking go hand in hand. If you want to start feeling better about yourself, then you must focus on shifting your mindset into a more positive one. When we think positively, our feelings and emotions tend to follow suit. We become happier, more content, and feel like we can take on the world.

On the other hand, when our mindset is negative, we tend to feel down, unhappy, and like life is just too hard. Our confidence takes a hit and we can start to self-sabotage our own lives.

The great news is that shifting your mindset into a more positive one is easier than you may think! All it takes is some practice and dedication.

Below I have listed five simple ways in which you can start incorporating positive thinking into your daily routine:

Start Off Your Day with Positive affirmations:

When you wake up each morning, say out loud or in your head three things that you are grateful for. This could be anything from having a warm bed to being alive and healthy. Doing this each morning will help you get into a more positive mindset.

Practice Mindfulness:

Being mindful means being aware of your surroundings and taking in all the information that is coming at you each second. When we practice mindfulness, it helps us to focus on what truly matters while letting go of things that don’t matter as much or are not important anymore.

For example, if I am feeling down about myself because I think my thighs are too big, then practicing mindfulness would mean recognizing this thought for what it is (a negative one) but moving past it anyways by focusing on something else like how grateful I am to have legs that let me walk in nature!

Give Yourself Affirmations Daily:

Write down three affirmations about yourself that you can read each day. These could be things like “I am beautiful and unique” or “I am worthy of love and happiness.” Repeating these affirmations to yourself will help to start changing the way you think about yourself for the better!

Challenge Your Limiting Beliefs:

Many times our negative thinking is a result of our limiting beliefs. A limiting belief is simply a belief that we have that is stopping us from achieving something we want in life. Many of us have them – some more than others, but they are holding us back from achieving our fullest potentials in life. We sabotage ourselves without even realizing it. This blog post will help you learn how to begin loving yourself so confidence is not an issue when trying to achieve your goals and dreams!

For example, someone may have a limiting belief that they are not good enough for their dream job, so they never even apply. Or maybe someone believes that they will never be able to lose weight, so they continue to eat unhealthy foods.

The great thing about limiting beliefs is that they can be changed! All it takes is some work and dedication to start seeing a change in the way you think.

Start by identifying your limiting beliefs, then write down why you believe them to be true. Next, brainstorm ways in which you could challenge these beliefs. Finally, put these challenges into action and watch as your old beliefs crumble!

Visualize Your Goals:

When we have goals that we are working towards, it is important to visualize ourselves achieving them. This means picturing yourself accomplishing your goal in great detail. The more detailed the visualization, the better!

For example, if one of your goals is to lose weight, then picture yourself stepping on the scale at your goal weight. See yourself smiling and happy, then think about what you will be doing in that moment (celebrating with a healthy meal or looking good in new clothes).

Visualizing goals helps us to see ourselves accomplishing them so we are able to take steps towards achieving them!
Inner confidence is a key factor in living the life of your dreams.

How can you achieve great things if you don’t believe in yourself? You may be asking yourself how to even get started on this confidence journey. It’s not going to be easy, but it will be worth it!

Here is are my top tip for creating strong foundations in inner confidence:

 

  1. Write down 100 affirmations on what you love about yourself such as “I am beautiful and unique” or “I am worthy of love and happiness.” Repeating these affirmations to yourself will help start changing the way think about yourself for the better!

    Choose a couple of affirmations telling yourself multiple times each day for 30 days, then move on to the next one. This way they will all start sinking into your subconscious mind and helping you to feel more confident about who YOU are as a person! :)The result is feeling amazing through loving ourselves first and foremost:) Remember that we deserve it just as much as anyone else does:) It’s wonderful how powerful inner confidence can be once we begin believing!

    So how can you start loving yourself more and thinking positively?

  2. Start by accepting yourself for who you are. We are all perfectly imperfect I like to say unique, and that is okay! let go and accept your flaws and quirks, they make you who you are.
  3. Start thinking about your good qualities and what makes you special. Write them down if it helps! When we focus on our positives, our mindset starts to shift in a more positive direction.
  4. Make time each day to do something that makes you happy. Whether it’s reading, going for a walk, watching your favorite show, or spending time with loved ones, make sure to do something each day that brings joy into your life.
  5. Think about what YOU want in life, not what others want for you. It’s important to have goals and ambitions, but make sure they align with what YOU truly want out of life, not what others expect of you.
  6. Finally, don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. We all have times where we feel overwhelmed or just don’t know how to move forward. Seek out guidance from those who care about you and want the best for you.

We all need help sometimes, and we shouldn’t be ashamed of it!
